  4. Aparte, fileteamos la mitad de la cebolla restante y en una cacerola con un chorrito de aceite la sofreímos...
  5. Ya transparente la cebolla, le agregamos lo licuado, el cual deberá tener una consistencia cremosa y a fuego bajo dejamos que empiece a hervir
  6. Ya listo el pollo, lo deshebramos y agregamos a la preparación. Ojo: aquí espesará un poco por la absorción del líquido por lo que agregamos consomé del pollo cocido...
  7. Verificamos sazón y agregamos el elote y champiñones. Mezclamos bien y dejamos hervir un par de minutos para incorporar los sabores.
  8. Se puede acompañar de arroz y/o frijoles.
