Después de tener todo listo, vamos a usar nuestra olla de barro y pondremos manteca vegetal, ya derretida agregamos nuestra mezcla licuada y movemos con una palita de madera, agregamos un poco de chocolate para empezar a espesar y así mismo si le hace falta mezcal o pulque se lo añadimos y de igual manera si vemos que se quiere pegar le agregamos fondo. Después nuestro jugo de betabel y fondo lo vamos a agregar poco a poco hasta tornar un color rosa.
